With thanks to the 2019 Ukulele Ceilidh, we are pleased to announce a RaTPAC – a one day workshop on Repertoire and Teaching Progressions (that are Awesome and Cool).
Based on nearly 10 years of teaching and leading in our local community, RATPAC provides you with contemporary repertoire that is linked together into teaching progressions that foster umpteen ‘teachable moments’ useful in socially focussed teaching environments.
Many Canadians and West Coast Ukulele leaders have come to know our ukestration workshops. Out of this they ask three questions:
- How does your approach work? (Answer – read the book)
- Can I copy what you do? (Well, read the book and see what you need to try to replicate our approach).
- Can I have some of your repertoire?
The answer to the final question is to come along to a RATPAC, get the repertoire, find out how we use it, and how we create logical sequences of teachable moments through linking songs into repertoire progressions.
When is the Nova Scotia RATPAC? Sunday 6 October 2019
Where is the Nova Scotia RATPAC? Best Western, Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Canada. 63 Queens Pl Dr, Liverpool, NS B0T 1K0, Canada
